Job completion!

The window washers have completed washing of all windows on the building. All painting is complete. Thanks everyone for your cooperation and have a great summer.

The painting and staining portion of the project is complete.

Washing of the windows is set to begin on the 8th of August.

Window washing of the units will be done in the same order that the painting project went. Starting on the east side of the north east elevation and working south.

Deficiencies

We are waiting for the last of the deficiencies to come in. We will be completing deficiencies on Wednesday and Thursday if required.

Progress June 30

Things are coming along very well. We are ahead of schedule and will begin washing the North elevation on Wednesday. We will be delivering a deficiency notice for areas where work have been completed. You will have one week to note and return a list of any deficiencies from the painting job.

New start date: Thursday June 30, 2011

Wolfgang Commercial Painters is a ahead of schedule on cleaning and will be starting on the South West Corner and working around the building heading North. The West side includes all units on the West side even if you are facing North or South.

We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We ask that you please close your windows during the cleaning phase. We also request you remove all items from your deck and away from the exterior walls. All items that can’t be removed from the deck can be placed in the center of the deck and covered to allow access to the exterior walls. We will be following up of the washing with the staining of the wood. We ask that you keep your items away from the wood and away from the railings to allow for easy and safe access onto the balconies via ladders.
